The Rishu-kyo (Principle of Wisdom Sutra) is a Mahayana Buddhist sutra that is part of the Shingon sect. It is a relatively short sutra, but it is one of the most important and influential sutras in Shingon Buddhism. The Rishu-kyo teaches that all beings have the potential to become Buddhas, and that the path to Buddhahood is through the realization of our inherent Buddha nature. The sutra also teaches that all phenomena are manifestations of the Buddha's wisdom and compassion. Another important teachings of the Rishu-kyo is the principle of non-duality. This teaching states that there is no separation between the subject and object, between the self and the other, and between the mundane and the sacred.
